ال KF16/25/40/50 Aluminium Alloy Clamp is engineered using a wide selection of over 60 material grades and more than 12 aluminum alloy systems, supporting the production of over 70 different component types. With a tooling base of 3500+ precision casting molds and 1000+ sand casting molds, we ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatability across both small and large-batch manufacturing.
Production capabilities cover a broad range—from single-piece custom castings of 50 kg up to 850 kg, enabled by multiple independent furnace lines. This ensures rapid alloy switching and controlled melt quality, critical for applications demanding metallurgical precision. The KF16/25/40/50 Aluminium Alloy Clamp supports tight-tolerance machining, with optional surface treatments and post-processing certificates provided for high-spec orders.
Each clamp is fully traceable, backed by a 3.1 Material Certificate for every furnace batch. Upon request, customers may commission third-party inspection to obtain EN 10204 3.2 certification. For high-precision components, a machining certificate can also be issued.
