Technical Information: Machining drawings or 3D drawings (which clarify core parameters such as product dimensions and structure and serve as the foundation for production);
Requirements: Required material specifications (e.g., stainless steel type, alloy material, etc.) and planned production quantity (to facilitate matching production processes for single pieces, small batches, or large quantities);
The production cycle for rough castings is 30-45 days, depending on the material, size and complexity; machined parts take 60-75 days.

Defect Detection:
Raw Material Testing: During the raw material procurement process, we rigorously screen suppliers to ensure that the raw materials meet quality requirements. Upon arrival, we conduct rigorous inspections, including visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and chemical composition analysis. Only raw materials that pass these inspections are used in production.
In-Process Inspection: During the production process, we implement multiple quality control points and utilize advanced testing equipment and technologies, such as coordinate measuring machines, spectrometers, and X-ray flaw detectors, to monitor component dimensions, shape, surface quality, and internal defects in real time. Once defects are discovered, they are immediately analyzed and addressed to ensure that defective products do not enter the next process.
Finished Product Inspection: After component production, we conduct comprehensive finished product inspections, including functional testing, performance testing, and visual inspection. Only products that pass these rigorous inspections are packaged and shipped. We also conduct random inspections of finished products to ensure consistent and stable product quality.
Pre-Casting Quality Control
Mold Design and Production: Starting from the blueprint, we meticulously design the mold and create detailed operating procedures based on the design requirements. These operating procedures guide workers on how to accurately craft molds, ensuring mold precision and quality, and laying the foundation for the subsequent casting process.
Process Sheets and Operating Instructions: Each part produced has a corresponding process sheet. The operating procedures primarily teach workers how to follow the prescribed steps. These process sheets detail key operating points, parameter settings, quality requirements, and other information for each step, ensuring that workers adhere to standardized procedures and minimizing the impact of human factors on product quality.
Sample Casting and Initial Inspection: Before mass production begins, we perform sample casting. During casting, key parameters such as the rubber cap opening are strictly set according to the process sheet to ensure the quality of the sample. Immediately after the sample is produced, an initial inspection is performed to check whether the size, shape, and surface quality meet the design requirements. Only samples that pass the initial inspection will enter mass production.
Mass Production Process Control: During mass production, we utilize advanced spectrometers for real-time monitoring. During the pouring of molten steel, the spectrometer performs a check to ensure that the materials and composition meet the required specifications. Through this rigorous real-time monitoring approach, we are able to promptly identify and correct potential material or ingredient issues, thereby ensuring the stable and reliable quality of each component and preventing defective products caused by material problems from entering the market.
